Position: Car Care Agent - Part Time

Job Summary:

Responsible for cleaning and detailing customer vehicles inside and out using various equipment and cleaning solutions to standard. Deals with customers in a courteous, helpful, and efficient manner. Delivers quality and meticulous cleaning on a consistent basis. Assesses customer needs and suggests package upgrades and/or beneficial package add-ons. Promotes a positive company image and displays environmentally conscious actions at all times.

Responsibilities/daily tasks:
Cleans and refurbishes new and used automobiles performing any combination of the following duties:

Cleans exterior of vehicles using cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths and brushes

Applies waxes and polishing solutions to exterior

Claying exterior paint

Cleans interior of vehicles; vacuums carpets, upholstery and other surfaces to remove debris

Applies leather treatment, stain remover, interior cleaning and polishing agents

Operates equipment such as shop vac, steam cleaner, and power generator according to safety standards

In addition to:

Maintains a clean and organized work area

Stocks supplies and solutions in company vehicle according to standard

Obtains valid customer payment for services rendered; operates wireless debit/credit machine and balances sales receipts at end of shift

Qualifications:

Valid G Class Ontario Driver’s License

Clean driving record(3 years +)

Excellent customer service skills

Detail oriented and very organized

Dependable and punctual with excellent job task planning and organizing skills

Works with a sense of urgency in an efficient manner

Good oral communication, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking skills

Weight handling up to 50 pounds

Previous experience an asset

Working Conditions:

Travels to various customer locations within the Greater Toronto Area

Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Physical work requiring bending, stretching, use of small equipment
